Upgrading my graphics card
Control Panel > Devices > GFX card
that will hold all the details for you.
it would be best to re-post or have this moved to the Tech forums you will get a ton more answers than in here.
anyway before i or anyone else can suggest anything for you, you must first find out the;
motherboard
ram
core speed
PSU – power supply untit size (i.e. 200/500/600/1000 watts?)
Processor model.
before that we can only suggest things out of the blue which may not even be compatible, also whats your price range? GFX cards can go anywhere from £80 to well over a thousand and depending on what one you have may or may not be worth the cash to upgrade as processors can bottleneck the speed of GFX cards (i.e. you have reached the maxmimum potential until a core part like the processor/board is upgraded)
EDIT: alternately provide a link to the computer you bought, if it has all the details we can delve into it that way.
GW2 is much more CPU intense than it is GPU. If anything you’d be better off upgrading your processor, but that often means you need to replace your motherboard and memory as well.

Depends on the setup really – I’ve got bought 3 years ago one with Radeon 5700HD and Phenom II Quad 3,2GHz on board. Since then I’ve only added more RAM (16GB atm), and while CPU is at 60-70% load, GPU always hit 99-100%. Auto-detect sets me for high, i turned on low most hungry features though (shadows, LOD, WvW models – usual suggested on Tech forums) and run it in windowed fullscreen with more less 40-50 fps*. So… I wouldn’t ever guess that GW2 is a CPU hungry game
*in WvW zerg clakitten drops to a slideshow so I guess I need an upgrade anyway
