Using The Legend then crafting The Bifrost
You can do that. The only thing to keep in mind is that it will have to be done on which ever character it gets bound to. That isn’t a big deal since the other 3 items are account bound.

Ok so i am not clear yet on if you can equip the legend and still craft the bifrost afterwards. So say if i wanted to equip the legend and once i get all my mats to craft the bifrost would i be able to throw the used legend into the mystic forge and crat the bifrost?
