I’m about to purchase my first ascended item with laurels and wondered if the small stat increase was from the offensive/defensive infusions were worth it. I realize you don’t get AR with the utility infusion but is that really anything to be concerned about?

You should only be concerned with maxing out your AR if you plan on running higher level fractals. If you’re like me and don’t mind sticking at around FotM 20~26 just for the chance to get skins then yeah, don’t worry about it mate. You can get enough AR from the 2 rings.

Is it worth 5 laurels for +5 of a certain stat, though – well. I don’t think so, but that’s up to you to decide.
