I have been looking for these things all day. I’ve googled where the vendor is that sells them but it seems that all websites are out of date.
Does anyone know a current location of where you can purchase them?

After a recent update, you can no longer purchase vanilla bean from vendors.
You get them from drops or the trade broker.

The following Cooking Materials are no longer sold for Karma and are now acquired through drops, gathering nodes, or loot bags: Butter, Chocolate, Vanilla, Chili Peppers, Thyme, Black Peppercorns, Cinnamon, Bay Leaves, Walnuts, and Oranges.
