Why am I unable to vend many of my “non event” trophies?
They have the value shown, some of my stacks are worth a
few silver in value and yet I’m not given an option to vend.

Are there venders I am not aware of where I can vend these,
or do I just throw them away?

As they are, they just seem like pointless bagspace cloggers.

I believe those are the ones that you picked up during a quest that required them. It seems to be a safety that prevents you from selling the stuff and having to regather.

I threw the few of those i had. No consequences so far.

Cheers for the reply, these aren’t connected to events or quests,
just random stuffs that random mobs drop, seems silly for them
to have a value given to them though they aren’t vendable and
thus have no value.

Problem solved, I would suggest deleting this post but it may help others
that may encounter this,, what it was, I had the trophies in my 10 slot
safe boxes, the vender couldn’t see them , so I was unable to vend,
once I had moved them to my starter bag I could sell them.
