Guild Wars 2

I joined the Vigil and Logan said to go to Lion’s Arch and seek out his old friend. Sadly he didn’t give a name or the location. I tried the Vigil Chapter House but there is no one there. Help please?

What level are you? I’m guessing you’ve just finished the level 30 story chapter so the next one will unlock at level 40.

There aren’t smaller quests? I heard mention there are. And Im not supposed to meet Logans friend until level 40?

By smaller quests I’d guess you mean the Renown Hearts and Events in the maps. You’ll find those whilst doing map completion.

The story is split into chapters that unlock every 10 levels starting at level 10.
