WTFast can i use it.
It’d be better to file a support ticket regarding this topic.
They are very strict about things that interact with the client. This looks like it only deals with how you connect to the internet/server which may be a grey zone thing but from the little I read I don’t thing ANET can do anything about it.

They can – they can prohibit its use.
I play Aion on the European servers, which is run by Gameforge. They recently released a statement saying that using WTFast is a bannable offence due to “IP masking”. Essentially, it makes your connection look suspicious, as though you have something to hide e.g. 3rd party software and/or botting.
Therefore, I still believe that what I said in my 1st reply would be the best course of action in this case – get some information from Support.
ok thank yous any more help will be grate
Officially Anet states only that you can’t use a 3rd party program that interact with the client (WTFast doesn’t do that) and you can only execute 1 command per button press in game, like making macros with multiple commands with gaming mouse/keyboard isn’t allowed, but WTFast have nothing to do with that.
GW2 doesn’t have any IP block for any region so I don’t see anything that would make WTFast illegal in the ToS of the game, also you need to allow the IP to log in your account so Anet can track the IPs the WTFast use in your account, so the “IP mask” isn’t an issue here.

In the top right of this site go to “Service” > “Support” there you’ll find some options, Account Support sounds the more fitting one.

WTFast is a VPN. It doesn’t interact with the game files at all. It interacts with your internet connection.
I’ve been using KillerNIC for over a year while playing GW2, no problems so far, and I actually did see an immediate improvement in WvW. It’s different from WTFast, but it seems like they are similar enough that if Anet could tell you are using WTFast, they may be able to see KillerNIC working as well. KillerNIC doesn’t mask your IP, however.
KillerNIC is a physical network card you add in your PC, right? So yeah, you can use it for sure. WTFast is a software that is based in network tunneling.
