Guild Wars 2

I am a guild wars 2 noob! Anyway my question is this: I went to a weaponsmith on WVW and found a weird currency needed to obtain weapons, not karma, not glory, not your ordinary coins. Could someone explain this please? how do you get the currency and what is it called?

That would most likely be badges of honor. You can earn them from kills in WvW (check loot bags that appear where you were at the time of the kill), though they won’t always appear there, or from the chest at the end of a jumping puzzle.

We jokingly call them Badges of Jumping because most folks earn far more by doing the Jumping Puzzles then as actual loot drops. Because like any other drop, it has a randomized rate.
