Is there a way to get an order armor that I have not chosen from transmuting pieces? I have a thief that is in the Order of whispers but really like Vigil armor.

You can get into a different order with a different character, then buy the armor from the vendor and transmute it to a white item from a random merchant. The white item with the look of the Order item will then become account-bound and you can place it into your bank, to transmute it back onto the item you want the look on.
