Guild Wars 2

My zodiac gear on my pvp character that i used before the update, is not accessible fully to it.. the gloves and helmet are in my other guardians wardrobe ( i didnt ever use it on that character) how can i fix this???

I can see it in my bank with all the other stuff but i cant withdraw it??

Is your character of a high enough level to use those items?

Also, this would not be an Account Issue. Perhaps, Game Bugs or Players Helping Players?
