Q:

Where I can find translations of warning signs from Southsun Cove? I remember reading some translation of such signs from Lions Arch.

Scroll down a bit, very likely the same sign

“Whose Kitten is this?” – “It’s a Charr baby.”
“Whose Charr is this?”- “Ted’s.”
“Who’s Ted?”- “Ted’s dead, baby. Ted’s dead.”

Basicly this language is just in English but with different characters for each letter. The above wiki page has the translation key (aka the rosetta stone) to get all translations.

So goodluck.

the language for super adventure box was also an english letter substitution. I never did translate anything, but I did notice repeating symbols where you would expect them (“e” in super and "e in adventure)
