Guild Wars 2

My human ranger reached lvl 80 some time ago so i’m thinking about starting an alt.
I love the looks of a heavy armored asura, so either warrior or guardian.

What’s more FUN to play (PvE with focus on dugeons)? I dont which class is more underpowerd or whatever.

I would love to hear your advice

Depends on what you like to do.

Are you a big numbers kind of person? I would say a warrior.

Are you a person that likes to do some damage, while healing/helping the group as a whole? I would say guardian.

Warrior do have some utility as well with banners or shouts, but coming from a guy who has a warrior, I would say the guardians are better utility class (heals, condition removal, and buffs).

Try playing a warrior 1st for a few levels, then switch to a guardian and see what you like.
My personnel opinion, a Guardian.
Guardian = Paladin

I like the idea of more group support but on the other hand warrior can use rifle and longbow which looks awesome

I personally prefer my Guardian over my Warrior alts. Guardians can put out a ton of dps, but can also heal / buff allies during battle when things get rough. They have a number of defensive oriented utilities and weapons to help them survive battle (I’m looking at you shield and mace).

Guardian in its current state is much better than the Warrior. But if you like to fight tough and put your skills into test then you should choose the warrior (you will die more often). Warrior for dungeons and overal PvE is very good. There are some builds realy good for them. This is only for PvE. Dont think you will rule PvP with warrior because you will not. If you want to do some PvP, then choose the Guardian.

I have a lvl80 warrior and a lvl80 guardian. If you do mostly dungeons, then I would say the guardian. If solo, then the warrior.
