Does anyone know if Superior Sigil of Generosity and Superior Sigil of Purity share a cooldown?

yes all the on crit sigils share a cooldown, if you have one on each weapon that your dual wielding if one triggers the other one can’t trigger until the first ones cooldown ends and the one on the mainhand weapon has priority over the other if they both would have triggered.

So after every proc you’d have to wait for 10 seconds before any other on crit sigil procs could fire and you’d most likely not see the offhand one proc at all.

This also counts for other sigil cooldowns such as on weapon swaps, after a swap until that sigil cooldown finishes other sigils such as on crit ones will not fire.
