How do you get access to all of the weapon skins that were unlocked? I unlocked everything I have and I can only access a few of them. Like on my Ranger, I can only get Longbow skins. On my Guardian, only Staffs.

When you click in your bow you’ll only see the bows you unlocked.
Go to the bank NPC and there you can all the skins you’ve unlocked

Or you can go to your bank, under Vault tab you will be able to see all armors of all weights and all weapons skins you have unlocked. Old pvp locker style.

I can see the weap skins in the bank vault but I still cant access them on the hero panel, so I cannot use them.

It seems you can only apply skins to weapons you have equipped at the time.

Equip a weapon of the type you want to reskin and you should be able to access all the skins for that weapon type in the wardrobe.

In the hero panel you can only access the skins, if you have a staff equipped and want to equip a GS on your guardian for example, you need to equip a GS from your inventory first and then pick a skin in the hero panel.
