Guild Wars 2

I want to make a Profession that pretty much can use a sword for wvw, dungeon, and pvp. The reason I want to use the sword is because of the bolt legendary. However, I’m struggling to find a profession that’s decent with it, mostly because its not in meta or halfed assed. Is there any suggestion you could give me?

Sword ranger and mesmer are very good.
Sword warrior is very good at condi
Sword guardian can be good in various situations
Really up to you to look past meta which is built for very specific situations and play the entire game the way you enjoy.

Thief Sword/Pistol is also worth consideration.

Sword/dagger thief for PvP/WvW
Sword/pistol thief for PvE
If you wanna be swift and fierce that is.

But yeah, anything above posts mentioned.

- Guardian Sword is part of the meta in dungeon, it can be good in sPvP for a medi guardian same with WvW Roaming, but it’s bad for WvW zerg.

- Thief Sword is a good weapon in PvE, sPvP and WvW Roaming, but so much in Zerg.

- Mesmer Sword is part of the meta in PvE and it’s good for sPvP and WvW Roaming. It can also be decent in Zerg as a secondary weapon.

- Ranger Sword is part of the meta in PvE and it’s decend in sPvP and WvW Roaming, but not in WvW Zerg.
