What armor set is the male Norn in black armor wearing?

Just looking at the individual armor pieces, you might be able to get a female armor set that’s close to the male phalanx set if your character happens to be a member of the Vigil:

Caudecus Manor helm
Invader/Heavy Plate shoulders
Invader/Heavy Plate chest
Invader/Heavy Plate gloves
Vigil legs
Vigil boots

I can’t get in-game to preview it right now, and I’m not sure how challenging the dyes will be, but those pieces should get you close.

You can always transmute to get the pieces from the other orders.

They stopped you from transmuting racial armor, but not orders armor.
