When a game is to be released by an EN publisher or a EU publisher, what does that mean? Not precisely a gw2 question, but I thought I’d ask my favorite mmo community.

Thanks

EN usually denotes the English language. EU usually denotes Europe. Not sure how they would denote a publisher because a publisher could have English as its main language and be located in Europe. /shrug

Perhaps, EN in that case refers more to NA?

En is English(as in the language, not the country), EU is European(as in the continent but not the political organisation)

Yes EN, can include America and Canada, as well as Australia, NZ etc.

Awesome, thanks guys. I was thinking pretty much the same thing. Since Europe consists of many nations and tongues, I figured EU would be them and EN would be English speaking. Better to make sure before getting excited about where a game is getting release, though.

Cheers
