if it is FOTM you mean it usually in gw2 would mean “Fractals of the mists” a scaling dungeon located in LA, however if you meet it in any other mmo it more likely means “flavour of the month” ie the most popular build/class currently (and thus usually the most OP one (OverPowevered)
I saw FOTW earlier in a thread about fractals. I’m going to assume typo, or misunderstanding, as FOTW has not been seen elsewhere.
