Guild Wars 2

(Note: I’m currently not on my gaming laptop so I could have mistaken the word unrestricted for something else in the Weakness tooltip. It’s at the very end in brackets.)

I’ve looked all over on the wiki and forums but I can’t find an answer to this. What exactly does the (unrestricted) part in the Weakness tooltip mean? Is that just to indicated that it can affect crits? Bosses?

If anyone knows please let me know. This is bothering me too much.

Formerly, Weakness did not affect critical hits. This has been changed so it now reduces all attacks, including critical hits.

It just means it applies to all hits. Weakness used to work only on non-critical hits.
