I’m talking about skills, such as Feast of Corruption (a necro scepter skill), that scale for each condition on the enemy. Say I use skills on the enemy so that it ends up with 1 stack of blind, 6 stacks of bleeding, 1 stack of cripple and 1 stack of weakness. Then I use Feast of Corruption, described above. Would the damage scale as though the target was afflicted with 4 conditions (blind, bleed, cripple, weakness), or 9 conditions? (assuming each stack counts as a separate condition)?

Right now I can’t decide if I want my 2ndary set to be a staff or a combination of scepter and dagger, and knowing this would help me greatly in my decision. Thanks!

It’s based on each different condition, not stacks.

In your case, it would be 4 conditions. A similar question to what it means if a skill “clears 3 conditions”. If I had 25 stacks of bleed, 4 stacks of burning and weakness, using that skill will clear ALL my conditions, since I have 3 different types of conditions.
