What is the Hydra Queen?
It’s a champion pirate lady found in bloodtide coast.
No I have no clue what the logic behind that one was, but apparently thats what she is.

A pirate boss? Yep, you’re right, no sense at all for the achievement to be named Hydra Queen :S
Does she uses something big or spectacular in the battle? I though those achievements were about the big bad bosses like the dragons, behemot or great elementals.
Where exactly does the event which involves her trigger?
I have killed the pirate champion two times but i didn’t get the Boss achievement.
its not the pirate champion you need to kill, an event chain starts and you protect the boat while it breaks down the door then you fight a world lv boss, the ones with purple spike ring around their picture, kill her for the achievement.
Although a group of us killed her last night and very few of us actually got credit for it despite getting gold in the kill her event
