I planned on asking this earlier, and also not taking it but, people in my guild convinced me so.

Last night I receive a decent amount of gold (decent for a casual) through mail. I did not know the person nor do I think I’ve ever met them before.

So I took the gold and started to wonder if the person on the other hand who sent it could accuse me of scamming her or buying gold. Which I did not and do not do.

And please don’t tell me “send it to me, it’s bad” (I’d like a reason why its bad as well)
+ I will not send it to you guys, if anything I’ll send it back to the sender.

sounds like the people in your guild are messing around with you

If you’re talking about the guild chat, it’s been resolved.
The main concern is the gold in my mail

I’ve heard players tell that, out of curiosity and a little boredom, they send gold out to random people just to see how many of them take it without question, and how many return it, ask if it was intended, or just plain say thanks.

I’m not certain if that’s the reason you were sent some. It’s entirely possible that someone accidentally sent it your way. Who knows. Did you send a mail to the person who sent it?

I’ve thanked her, but I got no response from her ever since. And I add her to friends list to see if she like plays or not. So far LA 24/7, but can’t say that isn’t what we lv 80s do

Unless it came with a note telling me why I was the lucky winner of the big money give away, I would have sent it back, in the event they meant to send it to someone else. I would hope someone would do the same for me. If I had meant to gift it and someone returned it, I could always gift it again with an explanation.
