It’s one of the Engineer gyros from the Scrapper spec. https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Gyro

That is a gyro, it’s part of the engineer’s elite spec, scrapper. The scrapper’s skills all summon gyros for different effects (explosion, stealth, healing, etc), and a scrapper also has a permenantly summoned one that can be used to stomp enemies.

Its actually quite useful in open world, since you can command it to res someone, but still leave you free to attack.

It makes me really want a “Target Nearest Downed Player” keybind!
