What is this amazing armor called?

Hello,
I started to play gw2 with a new character but I can’t find a nice armor for it
until I saw these pictures.

It both are asuran engineers.

Can someone help me with the names of ther armor of these 2 pictures?

The first one is player-crafted. I recognize the coat. It is called Scoundrel I believe. The second is Karma from Orr.

I can do thirty Five-Dolyak Arm Curls.

The Coat in both pictures is the crafted Rascal coat. The shoulders on the second pic are indeed the Orr Karma shoulders, and the the shoulders from the top pic are from the personal story. Headpieces on both pics can be crafted, although the one on the top pic can also be gained at Engineer character creation.
