I know the torso is duelist armor (mika/nika?), it’s the pants that got me curios. Never found a medium armor with hot pants before

The character in question is a ranger, so it’s medium armor skin

The pants are actually from the vigil armour set, you just can’t usually see the ‘hot pants’ aspect because it’s covered by the chest piece.

Try checking human cultural armor in Divinity’s Reach =)
