I have no screenshot, but I am seeing around on Medium users a mask-like helm skin on the face sorta like 7 of nines face from Voyager or something, little thingy on the eye and stuff.

What is it? <not the engi starter thing either>.

except the transmutation stones found in BL boxes (I have no keys) and the skins available in WvW for badges(latop → 10 fps in wvw), is there another way to change your appearance?

If you’re not worried about the stats you can simply equip new armor and weapons to change the appearance.

If you want to keep the same stats and just change the look of your gear you need to use Transmutation Stones (or Transmutation Crystals if it’s level 80 gear). You can get them from Black Lion Chest and as a reward from fully exploring a map, but you can also buy them directly from the gem store.
