Who knows what item this is? I assume it’s a Shield, but I have no idea where I can get it or even what it’s called.

Fractal back piece created from previous versions. The 1 u saw was the final 1.

Looks like the Fractal Shield (i believe) which you can get in the higher levels of fractals.

It’s made with [Beta Fractal Capacitor (Infused)]. Yes it’s infused twice, but i think second time adds only the glow effect whichout additional agony resistance.

I want it too, but it needs 500 globs of ecto and 2850 fractal relicts if i counted right.
