Guild Wars 2

Seen a Charr character in the Lion’s Arch trading post who had a shield that glowed with light blue radiance. At the shields center was a fractal of the Mist prototype capacitor. The shield had an array of of various size stones which also glowed with a light. Does anyone happen to know the name if this shields skin?

Thanks, it’s simply called: ‘fractual shield’ and it drops from higher level fracs.

It could also have just been a 3rd upgrade Capacitor.
