I am currently in Sea of Sorrows and it used to be the best at world vs world and dozens of people were always online in every zone 24/7 but that’s just not the case any more. I always hate how CoE and CoF are always closed.

I was thinking of going to join Jade Quarry because all the dungeons are always open there. Is jade quarry the most active or is another server better?

For entering CoE and CoF you can simply guest.

Jade Quarry is scoring high on WvWvW. This means it is likely a very active wvwvw world, but that means often that PvE is deserted.

Sea of Sorrows is considered to be the unofficial ocenanic server, so if you are for e.g. in Northern America you will find it pretty deserted indeed in your timeframe.

I personally play in europe, so I cant give you solid advise.

I left JQ a few weeks back to Sanctum of Rall and then a week ago to Eredon Terrace. JQ is probably the most active in terms of dungeons. They have always had a large player base of PvE/dungeon players.

I’m currently on jade quarry. lots of PvE dungeons going on. We are actually pretty heavily PvE for a server that is known as being WvWvW centric. Actually I think our PvE playing tendancies have pulled people out of WvWvW these past several weeks.

I used to be in Jade quarry and its pretty active. Stormbluff Isle is really active as well but since I live in europe I went to Piken Square (EU) which is also pretty active.
