If I buy it with my elementalist and transmute it into lowlevel armor will it still be souldbound or account bound?

If you put it on white rarity armor it becomes account bound because whites can’t be soulbound, that way you can swap it around between your characters

Didn’t he just write it was the heritage armor which you get from HoM?

EDIT: nvm, I checked the wrong pic.

Sounds good. One last question, can I further transmute it after I use a white rarity armor to exotic and keep the skin?
