Could som1 help me figure out what head and shoulder skins those are?

The head skin is the Trickster Demon face paint available to starting necros, however these are very different for each race so it’s only going to look like that on a Norn.

And I’m not sure what the shoulders are either.

EDIT: Nevermind, now I recognize them, the shoulders are Norn Cultural T3.
