What to do @ 80? :)
WOW. I’m so sorry I just noticed the “what to do at 80” sticky in this section. But if anyone else has any other input, that would be awesome. Sorry again for being lost in the clouds. LOL.
There’s pretty much nothing to do but the Living World content that comes out every once in awhile. I know, I’m bored too.
Go back and experience all the content you missed!
At 80 the real game begins, get your gear up and experience the new content
Go back to do your story, farm champions, defeat world boss, craft legendary weapons, do dungeons and get all the dungeon armors, do fractals, to WvW I bet u will get your s whooped the minute u ran across another from different server, try pvp, get map completion, get dyes, craft celestial armors, do your dailies and from monthlies, enter the gaunlet at the crown pavilion and get your s pounded lol then u will sure know what to do once u hit 80. There’s still more but I’ll let u find out yourself. Hitting 80 is just the beginning of a long journey. U crafted your way to 80 thats why u’re lost.
Next week’s Living Story.
Grind fractal levels and ascended gear.
Make an alt and go through the zones you missed.
Nothing wrong with taking a break from GW2 and playing something else. Just be sure to check back every 2 weeks for the new Living Story content.
Bored with WvW eh?
Then life has nothing left to offer you. You may as well end it all now.
Complete all your achievements
Create other profession/jobs and train them to 80

Whatever you want to do.
The good thing about this game is that at level 80 everything is an option, you can still go back and play lower level areas and dungeons as well as the designated level 80 areas and things like WvW.
If I was you I’d start with the content you ‘missed’ by crafting to 80, I’d go and complete the Personal Story and explore the maps, but that’s because I like doing it. If you’re not interested you could focus on dungeons, or Fractals or the Living Story, or PvP, or a bit of everything.
