I took a cue from people during the champ farming of the last update and saved a bunch of champ boxes (all rarities). I think it was because people wanted to salvage the greens and it’s just easier to store them as boxes until it’s time to open them up.

Is this right? Before I started saving them, I was putting the greens in the forge, then all the golds in the forge, and got a nice amount of exotics. Is it worth forging to get higher rarity and salvage them for the luck things, or just salvage the greens?

Two reasons for saving them. First is, yes, saving the greens. And it will be worth your time to salvage them for essence of luck, trust me. Also, you’ll be getting ascended crafting materials, which you can use to make the new tier weapons.
