I saw these pictures on the gw2 wiki Engineer page. They look awesome, almost as good as my quip/predator. Maybe even better
I get the feeling that these aren’t obtainable for players since ive never seen the skins before, are they on npc’s only?

I think you might be right. The rifle looks totally different from that angle at a glance dalm, looks so much cooler in the photo
