Where do I go to submit a ticket for something in-game?
I didn’t get my monthly chest even though I got the achievement. I’ve tried logging out and back in. Someone told me to send in a ticket somehow.
Go to the support page. Once you setup a support account and get through the “are you sure we haven’t already covered your issue” stuff you should be able to submit a ticket.
Support tab at the top of the page and then to ‘ask a question’. If there is a something you don’t know, don’t leave it blank. Put in N/A or unknown,
