I keep hearing of players receiving the Mini Mr. Sparkles and the green quaggan backpack, but I haven’t received either, and yes I did spend well over 4k gems between the period you had to spend them in, in order to get said rewards.

Am I missing something?

It’s still technically ‘early’ January as it’s the 9th over where I am, and one would assume early is valid until the 10th of January as then it becomes early-mid January after the 11th really.

You’re not missing anything. They are being sent right now but they come in waves. So yours will arrive too.

Just make sure you have room to receive the email.

They had to send them in batches, probably to avoid overloading the system. They said that if you haven’t gotten it by the end of today (Pacific time, GMT – you should contact support.
