Topic, do all fractals you did reset when server resets or I have to wait 24 hours between a frac 20 and the next frac 20?

I think its a certain time of night that the reset happens. not a 24 hour period. At least thats true for dailys..

Should be at http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?msg=Guild+Wars+2+reset&iso=20130224T00 same time as dailies and other dungeons
