Where Do I Get Sovereign Weps?

They’re from the Queen’s Jubilee release and I don’t think Black Lion weapon specialists sell them, I don’t remember if they’re tradable or not either but that would be your best bet unless they become available again.

They were not tradable and soulbound or accountbound.
Just wait until the Queen’s Jubilee comes back and buy them.

What we know is that they are currently not available. They where available during the Queens jubilee but not anymore.

It might happen that the queens jubilee event or something simular returns in the future, but nobody knows untill that happens.
