So, I’ve got my all exotic gear, now I want to get it looking -exactly- how I want.

I managed to find a real nice skin in the PvP locker. I was wondering

1) If it exists in the PvP locker, does that mean it exists in PvE somewhere?

2) Does anyone know where I might find this shortbow: http://www.gw2db.com/items/55079-frozen-bow

hrmm i dont know about the pvp/pve thing but that shortbow i am not entirely sure but it might be the one you get from LA where all the dungeon gear vendors are

On that page you linked, it actually tells you every PvE bow with the same model, i.e Frozen Bow. Doing a quick search for Shortbow (assuming you meant you wanted that Longbow in a Shortbow version) yields: “Shaman’s Frozen Shortbow”, “Shamans Etched Shortbow” and “Frozen Shortbow”. Try looking one of those up in the Trading Post. May or may not give you what you want.

yes, the skin can be found and transmuted off of a corrupted greatbow, which can be crafted or bought on the tp. Unfortunetly, the mats are very very rare drops and you need a lot of them, as well as the price on the tp is expensive. I see that someone bought the only one on the tp a while ago, but for reference my corrupted avenger ( a frozen greatsword skin model) cost me 40 gold.
