I saw them on an enemy invader in WvW in case they’re only attained through WvW. It’s 4 boons depicting the norn spirit animals and giving equivalent boosts (though this was on a charr.)

Karma merchants from norn lvl 1-15 area. Its a food or something that you eat

They only add about 4~6 stat bonuses and the bear/toughness one does not work properly(gives healing power instead).

Also you can stack them in duration:-)

4-6 points really? Hardly seems noticeable at high levels. Another question if you guys don’t mind, can you use multiple boosters in WvW? Y’know like strength booster/armour booster etc?
