Where can I get this armor...?

hello, I just wanna know if this armor is available outside of Pvp? It’s named Masquerade Armor too but with a different design, so it’s really difficult looking for it.

It’s not masquerade either, I thought it was Tribal.

The PvP version is called Masquerade but in PvE the Masquerade set is actually one of the light crafted sets which looks nothing like this. This ‘Tribal’ version, as someone already replied is yet to be released in PvE.

This comes up frequently. I would actually be happy to PvP for this set, but not being able to wear it in PvE afterwards makes that thought irrelevant.
I have the perfect character for this set sigh

“Whose Kitten is this?” – “It’s a Charr baby.”
“Whose Charr is this?”- “Ted’s.”
“Who’s Ted?”- “Ted’s dead, baby. Ted’s dead.”

From the patch notes:

“All weapon and armor skins now have the option to be converted to PvP skins. When activating a skin you will be given the choice to either apply the skin to a PvE item or convert the skin to a PvP-only item. Either action will consume the skin. This change applies to all unused weapon and armor skins in the game, regardless of when the skin was first released.”

I hope this means PvP skins for PvE, as well.

Edit: Definitely worth checking out. Not sure how long it will take me though.
