Can someone tell me where I can locate a superior rune of the lich? It doesnt seem to be listed by the dungeon vendors but I know it exist because some necro builds use it.

I know tailors can make Major Runes of the Lich with silk and two other ingredients. I would assume the Superior ones are made at a top-end level. Seek out a top-level tailor and see if you can’t get one made.

Oh wait .. I just looked it up to be sure and it’s Rune of the Necromancer that tailors make:

However, I do see what you’re looking for on the Trading Post .. albeit at 25 silver a pop … so I imagine they come from salvaging, which is where I get the bulk of mine.
