destroyer:
chests in SE

Charged
Chests in CoE, dropped from level 80 sparks in cursed shore and malchors leap

Onyx
Chests in TA, possibly drop from earth elementals in cursed shore (havent confirmed)

Crystal
No bloody idea. But I have received one from a “heavy ice bag” that I got from HoTW.

No problem.
if you’re looking for additional sources of destroyer lodestones you could try farming the mount maelstrom event (which spawns a bunch of them)

also remember that you can turn shards into cores and cores into lodestones. So if you farm 4 shards you can make those into a lodestone for fairly cheap.
