Guild Wars 2

Been away from the game for a very long time, reading through patch notes is tedious and I am not finding the answers. Tried various google attempts and the only change I can find is they were moved to Vigil Keep at some point during a battle in LA, but I can’t find them in LA or VK. Help?

They’re by Postern Ward in LA, downhill a little, arrayed on two wooden platforms. You can see the little row of merchant icons on the map.
