Guild Wars 2

So i was checking on the wardrobe on the day 2 of the expansion to see how new skins that came out with the expansion look like, and i saw that there are 4-5 NEW mordrem weapon skins(not the ones that came out months ago), and some of them are pretty good looking. If you type Mordrem on the search bar in the wardrobe for weapon skins, you will see 2 results on one weapon type, one is the old mordrem skin set and some are new to HoT. So does anyone have any idea how to get them, do you get a recipe to craft them? or do you finish a collection? or is it a new black lion skin? Is it Mastery locked? any info would be nice.
