I sent mail including Abyss dye to my brothers account to be a nice person and the mail i sent STILL has not got to him
Why?
fix your stuff GW2!
That dye cost alot of gold and i want it to get to his account
can you please fix this A.S.A.P and also fix your SUPPORT PAGE

Tell your brother to delete old emails. That might be the issue. I was sending things to a guild mate and it seemed like he never received them…..until he deleted a bunch of his old emails and all the things I sent him showed up.

Ask him to delete his older mail. I had the exact same problem with a diff colour dye and although I thought my inbox was half empty, it wasn’t. After I deleted a few, suddenly quite a few outstanding mails came flooding through!

All the information you could ever want about the game is available if you just take the time to actually look for it.

For instance, the time it took you to create this thread, wait for replies and get the answer you were looking for, you could have simply when to this page and discovered this on your own. There are even in game tips that inform you that the mail system has a 10 mail limit and to receive additional mail you must delete some.

I guess it’s easier to rage about something rather than actively seek out this information though. :\
