Q:

Wool is so expensive and I need a bunch for my ascended gear, so I would like to farm instead of buying it off the TP. I’m ok with cotton, linen and silk. I have more stacks of bolts of gossamer than I would like to admit. It’s the wool that I can’t seem to get my hands on.

So you can farm those bags or salvage trophies.

I just do CM and salvage. Its like all wool/silk there.

You can transmute up to wool in the forge as well. The return is questionable, but it i an option.
