I was hoping there would be a “where to find skin” thread since I’m sure this gets asked a lot. But anyway, where can I find this skin:

I’ve looked on TP but nothing.

You get it using Arah dungeon tokens (exploration mode). Then exchange the tokens with a vendor in Lions arch near the WvW asura gates for the axe.
