Then I don’t know. I thought the glowing bird was that bird that sort of flies on the head of the character and I feel like I’ve only noticed it on Norn…. which… well might be because they’re huge.

What does the bird summoned from Superior Runes of the Flock look like?
Ranger Warhorn #4, where it summons birds to “peck” at the enemy. They then fly away after a few moments. They also do not glow.

I agree, I didn’t think about the Phoenix skill at all. I had assumed that the OP meant a white glow, though, which would be none of our listed ideas.

It’s might be the ranger greatsword skill, Swoop. A giant semitransparent hawk appears over the head. This can sometimes glitch and not disappear.

This. Today my sister used her ranger with a GS and the animation did not disappear. Neither of us had the GS 3 animation persist like that on our rangers before.
Yep I a sure of it now. I was looking for the elementelist scepter skill #3 Phoenix. Thanks so much for the help =D

Yes my sister’s ranger is human (mine’s norn).
I had a weird persisting animation this evening on my asura necro. Using the diving goggles I had him spin when he jumped. He kept spinning through the water and then on land. Had to change to another character and then back to get rid of it.
