Why is my Rabid Spineguard Soulbound?
Exotics are usually not account bound; the exotics that are account bound are pretty rare to come across. Also, gear bought from karma vendors is almost always soulbound on acquire; so, if you bought your Rabid Spineguard from an Orr temple vendor, that’s why it’s soulbound. And since back items aren’t forgeable, yeah, your only option is to delete it, I’m afraid.
Did you buy it with Karma from a temple in Orr? Those will be soulboind and not salvageable.
Also if it was a leveling up reward (I’m not sure it is in the level up loot tables), those likewise can’t have much done to them.
Because exotic items are mostly not accountbound because it is very easy to get them. Ascended items on the other hand can take a very long time to just make one set and will require some farming unless you did not do that along the way.
Also i don’t see the issue with the backpack, i mean it is from a karma vendor, get more karma, or even better level your crafting and make your own backpacks. They are even better then the karma vendors.
